The Panamaanta Caravan for Higher Education Institutions in Pangasinan successfully concluded its run on February 10, 2025, at the Pangasinan State University Convention Hall in Lingayen! This event brought together representatives from HEIs across the province for a day of collaborative discussions, and networking.
