The DOST-PSU Aligwas Technology Business Incubator (TBI) recently conducted a significant visit to the Technical Education And Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Pangasinan Provincial Office. This engagement was crucial as the Pangasinan Provincial Office, headed by Provincial Director James F. Ferrer, represented the TESDA Regional Office I and its esteemed Regional Director, Joel M. Pilotin, on their behalf. The primary objective of this initiative is to support the DOST-PSU Aligwas TBI by providing relevant trainings and support for students, faculty, staff, and incubatees—nurturing a culture of innovation, entrepreneurship, and capacity-building within the university and the broader community. This collaboration aims to synergize efforts in enhancing skills development and technical competencies essential for startup growth and sustainability.
