The DOST-PSU Aligwas Technology Business Incubator (TBI) recently wrapped up a highly successful Capacity Building activity at Treasures of Bolinao Beach Resort in Bolinao, Pangasinan. Participants walked away with valuable new skills and practical strategies, ready to propel their ventures forward.
This impactful event was made possible through the unwavering leadership of our University President, Dr. Elbert M. Galas, and Vice President for Research, Extension, and Innovation, Dr. Razeale G. Resultay.
