In celebration of MSME Week 2026, the DOST-PSU ALIGWAS Technology Business Incubator (TBI) proudly partnered with DTI Pangasinan in successfully conducting “Innovate to Elevate: Bridging MSMEs to Food Innovation, Technology, and Enterprise Growth” at the ALIGWAS TBI Hub and Food Innovation Center, Pangasinan State University – Bayambang Campus.
The event gathered micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), aspiring entrepreneurs, startups, food processors, and innovation stakeholders for a day of learning, collaboration, and technology-driven enterprise development. Participants were introduced to the programs and services of ALIGWAS TBI, toured the Food Innovation Center, explored FIC-assisted products, expanded their professional networks, and enhanced their capabilities through the Calamansi Processing Skills Training.

Among them were ARD. Nathalia B. Dalaten, Assistant Regional Director of DTI Region I; Dr. Razeale G. Resultay, Vice President for Research, Extension and Innovation of Pangasinan State University; Dr. Madlyn D. Tingco, Campus Executive Director of PSU–Bayambang Campus; Ms. Jennifer C.
